- Returns need to be back to our store front 14 days from when you received the goods.
- We will return for a full refund as long as items are received in NEW condition, unworn, tags still on, nothing is damaged.

- Enclose name and note with order number in return package.
- Buyer pays shipping return.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- All sale items and all coupon codes exceeding 30% off are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return.
- Returns are processed once we have received and inspected the goods.
- Your return will be processed back by the same way you paid for the goods.
- If you need to exchange for another size, please contact us at customercare@desertprairie.com and we will check and hold that size for you and ship it once we received the goods to be exchanged. You will be responsible for shipping charges.
- Desert Prairie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact the shipper's customer service team so they can assist you.
- Refunds on shipping are not possible.
