Shipping is usually USPS standard or UPS, whichever is cheaper and quicker, but can take 3-7 days to receive.
Returns
We want you to love each and every one of your purchases from Desert Prairie! However, returns happen.
- Returns need to be back to our store or shipped back 14 days from when you received the goods.
- We will return for a full refund as long as items are received in NEW condition, unworn, tags still on, nothing is damaged.
- Please email customercare@desertprairie.com BEFORE you have a return so we know to look out for your item and can hold another size if you are exchanging. And give you the ship back address.
- Please ship return items to the below address WITH ORDER NUMBER:
- Enclose name and note with order number in return package.
- Buyer pays shipping return.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- All sale items and all coupon codes exceeding 30% off are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return.
- Returns are processed once we have received and inspected the goods.
- Your return will be processed back by the same way you paid for the goods.
- If you need to exchange for another size, please contact us at 541-527-1887 and we will check and hold that size for you and ship it once we received the goods to be exchanged. You will be responsible for shipping charges.
- Desert Prairie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact USPS customer service team so they can assist you.
- Refunds on shipping are not possible.
