This casual tee shirt style dress makes a great bathing suit cover up or pair with some white capri leggings and white sneakers. This dress is in a soft cotton, non see-through fabric, has a v-neck, a little sleeve and pockets. Hemline has a scoop to it and hits above the knee. This fabric has some stretch but fits on the smaller size, so maybe size up if you are hippy.
